2026 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony

Disco Capes

while working as a costume assistant on the 2026 Commonwealth Games opening ceremony I was given the opportunity to design and make these disco capes. Both inspired by the city of Glasgow, one representing the iconic music venue the Barrowland Ballroom, and the other a collaboration with Glasgow street artist Oh pandah who designed the illustration seen on the back of the cape.
